Water Softeners – Slide Series 9L & 21L

Because of the harsh chemicals, detergents and rinse aid used in commercial dishwashers often taking the TAC treated water out of specification range due to high pH or various inhibitors, we offer water softeners specifically for dishwasher applications.

TAC efficiently protects heating elements, pumps and solenoids but because the calcium is retained in the treated water, there is sometimes a breakout due to the negative effect of inhibitors. This can leave a slight dusting of pure calcium on crockery, which is not harmful, but not aesthetically pleasing either.
